About Me
Hello, nice to meet you! I’m Meredith Gadoury!
I spent almost ten years working in marketing - for large, public companies, and small startups - tech companies and non-tech. I became a leader and had a team, but I just wasn't excited about what I did. Then one day I learned about coaching and it changed my relationship to who I am and what I do.
I specialize in working with people who are, or aspiring to be, leaders in their organizations and are working on finding their sense of purpose as a leader. My mission is to help create the next generation of conscious leaders. Conscious leadership is centered around self-awareness, curiosity, compassion, intentionality and the empowerment of others.
I’ll be your guide and your champion. I’ll help push you outside of your comfort zone and challenge you to think bigger and dream deeper by asking provocative questions while holding you accountable to achieving what really matters to you.

I hold a business degree from Georgetown University. I’ve received my coaching certification from the renowned Coaches Training Institute and I hold PCC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation, the standards and ethics body of the coaching industry. I am certified in The Leadership Circle Profile™, a powerful 360 assessment, used by Fortune 500 companies, that helps leaders accelerate their leadership development.
